How it all began

Kevin and I met the summer of 2007 after my roommate Ranell had invited me to go camping with a bunch of her friends. I remember seeing Kevin laying in his queen size blow up mattress as my roommates and I laid on the extremely hard ground (I'm not a huge camper contrary to what I'd like to believe). That was about the extent of our first encounter. A few weeks later Ranell and I went to a pool party and there he was again. He swears I caught him staring at me but I don't remember. Later that night Kevin and his buddies came over to our apartment so we could wax their backs...weird, I know! Ranell told me he was interested but I never would have guessed...he was SOOO shy and I don't think he had said two words to me. Anyway...fast forward about a year...I saw Kevin on campus and finally got his phone number!! We went on our first date in October to the Warehouse sale dinner for U and I, where kevin works. We then went on a few more dates throughout the semester. Looking back, I guess I was kind of impossible but he never gave up!! Things didn't get serious until January but then they moved pretty quickly. In March he came home with me to meet my family, April 10th we got engaged (thats a whole seperate post), and July 3rd we were married for time and all eternity in the Logan Temple!!! Thank heavens for Kevin persistance because I would be lost without him :) And that's how it all began :)
